Buyers Broker Fees

 At Stonefield, we recognize the challenges of covering closing costs and buyers' broker fees in today’s market. That’s why we offer a $10,000 buyer credit to help with closing costs, along with 2% of the listing price to cover buyers' broker fees. Additionally, all spec homes include a $2,000 buyer’s broker bonus. Please note that the buyer’s broker bonus and 2% commission cannot be paid to an unrepresented buyer.
